Students must be present in the classroom during bell times and attend the morning assembly on designated days. Students using private transportation can be dropped off at pre-assigned areas, and can be picked up only after the National Anthem. Parents and students are to comply with school policies.

General Instructions

For students and parents

  1. Students should always keep themselves clean.
  2. Students are directed to bring a towel to be used at the time of lunch.
  3. Children suffering from infectious or contagious diseases are not allowed to attend school.
  4. Parents should see that their wards strictly adhere to the school uniform and school rules.
  5. Parents should cooperate with the school staff by paying attention to the regularity, punctuality and discipline of their wards.
  6. Parents are not permitted to meet their wards during school hours.
  7. Parents are not permitted to go or wait near the classrooms at any time.
  8. Parents must inform the school of any change in their address.
  9. Parents may meet the Principal to discuss matters concerning the progress of their children.
  10. Running around in a disorderly manner in the school campus, singing indecent songs, quarrelling with others etc. are punishable under the school rules.
  11. Clean and well pressed school uniforms are to be worn to school daily. Girls should plait and tie their hair with red ribbons on both sides.
  12. Students are expected to keep the classrooms and the school premises clean. They should not disfigure the walls or leave scraps here and there.
  13. Students are not permitted to bring any books to school other than the ones for class or school library books.
  14. Students are not allowed to skip classes. If a parent or guardian desires to take the child home during school hours, he or she may do so only with permission from the teacher-in-charge.
  15. Students should attend school regularly. A leave note from the guardian should be brought in case of absence due to unavoidable reasons like illness. For absence of more than five consecutive days, a medical certificate will have to be produced.
  16. Students shouldn’t wear jewellery or ornaments in the school other than ear rings. The school authority has no responsibility if a child loses any such things in the campus.
  17. Keeping their belongings is the responsibility of the students. They should not leave their books, tiffin boxes and umbrellas carelessly, either in the classrooms or in the premises.
  18. Students who come late will be admitted to the class only with the permission of the Principal. Habitual late-comers will be counselled by respective teachers and the Principal, and parents will be held accountable for the behaviour.
  19. Shouting and whistling are not allowed in the school premises. It is strictly forbidden to throw anything at another or at the fruit bearing trees.
  20. Students at all times should show respect and deference to the teaching staff. They should be gentle and polite to their companions and other staff.
