Siddhartha Central School, Ambalamkunnu is born from our vision to “impart quality education to the rural population of the area at affordable costs”, and also inspired by the amazing growth of Siddhartha School, Pallimon, and the parent organisation. Under the leadership of Siddhartha Foundation, Kollam, the new venture in Ambalamkunnu had a small beginning; however, it has already spotted with its unique identity in the educational map of Kollam district.

We believe in wholesome development of the students and utilize interactive learning techniques — both technological and non-technological — to boost critical thinking and problem solving skills. Along with classroom learning, we implemented value-based education to inculcate decent human behaviour in our students. With this type of education, students will grow with academic excellence, responsibility and competitive spirit, and also respect, tolerance, love and affection for Mother India.

We also provide opportunities for students to identify social needs and extend charitable programmes to foster empathy and caring attitudes in them. Our students have opportunities to train in modern self-defence techniques and art forms from experienced teachers in the field.
