Admission Criteria

Who can apply, and how

Admission is open to all children from Grades I to IX irrespective of caste, creed, race, region or gender. For all admission related queries, kindly contact the school office.

Collecting the form

The admission form is available at the school office and can be collected from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. The registration forms should be collected in person, duly filled and submitted along with the documents listed here.

Documents required

  • Attested copy of the birth certificate
  • Copy of the last progress report card from the previous school
  • Originals of the above, to be produced at the time of verification
Assessment

Assessments & promotion

  • For promotion, the overall grade of formative assessments and summative assessments of two terms will be taken into consideration for classes I–IX.
  • The grading scale is introduced for the school assessment. Students must obtain at least an average of D grade in each subject, including formative and summative assessment.
  • Appropriate weight is given to scholastic and co-scholastic areas. For classes I to V, 40% for formative and 60% for summative assessment; for classes VI to IX, 60% for summative and 40% for formative assessment will be considered for promotion.
  • A minimum of 80% attendance is required for promotion to the next class.
  • Results will be declared at the end of the academic year after the decision of the promotion committee. Results once declared are final. The Principal is the head of the promotion committee.

Who to speak to

The daily operation of the school is done under the leadership of a team consisting of the Manager, Principal and Headmistress. Office hours are from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm; however, parents have access to the administration at any time of the day in case of an emergency.
